The Management Staff located throughout the corporate and branch office locations is the key foundation of the company and is one of the most significant reasons for the success of WCS Lending. With professionals coming from diverse backgrounds spanning commercial real estate acquisition, to real estate law, to loan servicing, WCS Lending has assembled a group of experts with the ability to contribute to the company's growth and knowledge from a broad range of disciplines. As a family-owned company, WCS Lending also enjoy the benefits of trusted advisors in key positions of confidence throughout the company, and in addition has gained added-value to the strength of its culture, continuity and reputation. Each Branch Office is staffed with Two (2) Managers – a sales manager and an office administrator – in order to ensure proper focus on both key aspects of any developing business.

Carlos Cepeda, co-founder and co-Managing Partner of WCS Lending, LLC, has a graduate degree in Real Estate Investment and has worked in the mortgage business for over Ten (10) years. Mr. Cepeda oversees the administrative and operations side of WCS Lending, LLC, and has a technical background in systems integration and telecommunications, having designed and implemented many large customer and process-oriented projects both in and out of the mortgage industry. Mr. Cepeda was previously a Vice President at MortgageIT, a Top-20 private residential mortgage bank headquartered in New York, where he was involved in the development of strategic joint venture initiatives with other companies, and responsible for the technical deployment of branch offices.

Eric Wallberg, co-founder and co-Managing Partner of WCS Lending, LLC, has over Ten (10) years of experience in the financial services industry. He has been the driving force behind the development of the WCS Lending sales force who together are responsible for billions of dollars in annual loan origination volume. Before starting WCS Lending, Mr. Wallberg worked for MortgageIT, where he was primarily responsible for the implementation of the company’s Internet strategy and strategic partnership; in addition, he managed the build-out of the sales force and strategy for their entire New York retail division. Mr. Wallberg has recently written several nationally recognized articles on the current mortgage industry, all of which convey his passion and deep knowledge of the field of mortgage banking.

Avi Mizrahi, Vice President of Mortgage Operations, has over Eight (8) years of experience in the operations side of mortgage banking. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Master's degree in Information Systems and over the years has made a significant impact in various aspects of the company, growing to his current position of Vice President of Mortgage Operations. His role requires a thorough understanding of underwriting guidelines, credit risk, funding requirements, and secondary transactions. Mr. Mizrahi has been a foundation in growing WCS Lending's Banking Platform, implementing a full underwriting, closing, and secondary marketing staff. He has managed, coached, and trained his staff to develop a high-performance culture that has enabled the operations department to exceed expectations for production and service.

David Wohl, Managing Director of the New York City Branch office, graduated from the University of Michigan in 1992 and from the Cardozo School of Law in 1996. In 2002, David began his career in the mortgage industry as one of WCS Lending's first loan officers. David was the first WCS Loan Officer to be awarded Lending Tree's Gold Leaf award in 2003 for performance and customer satisfaction. Through hard work and a commitment to excellence, David earned the opportunity to open the New York branch office for WCS Lending and has overseen the operation at various times running both Sales and Operations. Since the inception of the NY Branch office, David has personally supervised over One-Billion Dollars in closed home loans.

Jon Yellon, Managing Director in the New York City Branch office, graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1996. His career in the mortgage industry began in 2001 at IPI Skyscraper Mortgage Corp, which eventually formulated into MortgageIT, where he was within the top Two Percent (2%) of all loan originators. Mr. Yellon came to WCS Lending in December of 2004, where he has experienced outstanding success and his business has flourished. His participation in the growth of the New York City branch led Mr. Yellon to rise from a loan officer to one of the two Managing Directors. Mr. Yellon’s role has contributed significantly to year over year growth, and overall sales, at WCS-NY

Lew Wamsley, Managing Director of the Fort Lauderdale Branch Office, graduated from Marshall University, in Huntington, West Virginia. Mr. Wamsley spent Five (5) years in the United States Marine Corps, and has been in the Mortgage Banking business for the last Fifteen (15). For the past Five (5) years he has been the Managing Director of the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida branch operation, where his staff handles residential, commercial and FHA loans. Mr. Wamsley attributes his success as a Loan Officer and Manager, in large part, to his ability to assess the needs and desires of his clients and partners, and developing a unique and customized approach that addresses those needs.

Mike Raimi, Managing Director of the Michigan Branch Office, Graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993 and from the University of Detroit Law School in 1997. Mike was a successful practicing attorney before entering the mortgage business in 2003 when he founded the Michigan office. Mike is the driving force behind Michigan’s continued success, and he is personally responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in annual closings and oversees a sales force that includes some of the countries top producers. Adam Shapiro, a managing director with WCS Lending since December, 2002 has been a tremendous asset to our overall success. Adam’s 10 years of mortgage experience, compiled with his unparalleled enthusiasm has allowed the Michigan office to consistently earn increasing volume every year. As a graduate from Eastern Michigan in 1996, he continues to seek new and creative ways for potential home owners to yield their dreams. He maintains a client database that reaches back to 1996, with thousands of satisfied clients.

Augustin Rivera, Director of Information Technology, worked in the technology sector for over Eighteen (18) years. Mr. Rivera joined WCS Lending in 2004 and came to the company with Fortune 500 experience. Mr. Rivera has a degree in Information Technology with the New England Institute of Technology and has been trained in the areas of Six Sigma quality and process improvement methodologies at Honeywell International. Mr. Rivera reports directly to the Managing Partners of WCS Lending and is directly responsible for the up keeping of server/client technologies, voice/data communications, and the security and compliance of all systems at an uptime service level of 99.999%. Mr. Rivera has been an instrumental part of the growth of the company and its subsidiaries.

Neil Stein, Vice President of Business Development In 2002, Mr. Stein joined WCS Lending in New York City, and was instrumental in developing branch operations at that location, leveraging his substantial experience in recruiting, training loan officers, as well as other staff personnel. Mr. Stein relocated to the corporate office in Boca Raton in 2005. He keeps busy working with his strategic partners which include, but are not limited to CPA's , financial advisory firms, attorney's, and some of the top real estate professionals in the country. Mr. Stein has done a tremendous job building two of the most powerful rolodexes - the South Florida and New York City markets . Mr. Stein brings fifteen years of experience in the financial services arena, from his early years at One World Financial Center with CIBC Oppenheimer and has a bachelors degree Arts and Sciences from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Mr. Stein demonstrated an unparallel track record in production and customer service.
