Buying a home or refinancing your existing loan is most likely the largest financial transaction you will make. WCS Lending is a relationship, not transaction, driven company, and we will always treat you as a valued customer. We seek to make the process of securing a mortgage simple and straightforward by providing you and everyone involved in the transaction with exceptional service. We even offer a Closing Guarantee on every loan as our personal guarantee!
When you apply for a mortgage through WCS Lending, you can always be assured of the following :
- Working with you to customize a loan package that’s appropriate to your lifestyle and circumstances
- Offering a range of thousands of lender products for you from which to choose
- Allowing YOU to make the decision as to which lender and which products suit you
- Providing professional and ethical service from start to finish
- Disclosing all fees charged and/or collected at closing in a clear and easy to understand Good Faith Estimate within Three (3) days of your application
- Providing a faster and simpler process of obtaining financing by scheduling a 10 minute pre-qualification telephone call prior to making an appointment for a consultant to take a complete loan application
- Providing a lender conditional approval as fast as possible
- Returning phone calls and emails within a timely manner
- Keeping industry memberships and accreditations up to date
- Staying in contact with you throughout the entire loan process – from application to settlement – with all updates
- Coordinating with your solicitor and real estate agent to enable a smooth process to settlement
- Keeping in contact with you after settlement to ensure you are happy with your home loan and lender, and assisting to resolve any issues should they arise
- A Closing Guarantee that we will close your loan on or before your desired closing date or you’ll receive an additional $250 credit at closing!
When you apply with us, you’ll receive your application package via overnight service or email. Simply review and sign your application (where indicated), attach all requested documentation as specified in the application package, return your completed application and all requested documentation to us. Speak to your Loan Specialist about scheduling your closing date—which can be as early as 10 days from the receipt of your completed application. Our Closing Guarantee begins at the time we receive your Completed Application and All Requested Documentation. However, we cannot be responsible for any third party delays out of our control which may impact our Closing Guarantee.
To be eligible for the $250 credit, we must have failed to meet your closing date. Your closing date must be at least Ten (10) days from the completed application date. The application package documentation must support the application and not adversely affect the information disclosed. VA loans and withdrawn/rejected applications are not eligible. Other conditions and restrictions may apply. Third party services that may cause delays include, but are not limited to, appraisal, title/hazard insurance, subordination agreement, and condominium/PUD project approval.
